About US:                                Our aim is to help you achieve all the benefits regular exercise can give. Exercise is a must for all ages it can: Increase your mobility,Cardio & muscle strength, up your energy levels & stamina, help your balance & increase your flexibility.                                     Our Program:      Instructors are experienced, FIA  &  Network registered.  (Instructor/s Required)                                                                    Class Time:        9.30am & 11am  MON & THU.    (4 Classes: attend when it's best for you)                                                                60 Min class includes:   18min Cardio Warm-up followed by Circuit stations using a variety of Light Equipment                                                                           (all supplied)  &  ending with Core & Stretching.   No Floor work -  Chairs used.                                                                     No Pre-paying  or  Booking required  -   $8 per  Class  -  Pay as You Go.   Attend when it's best for you.                

                                           Park in street or... large 2 hour car park behind shops on the Eastern side of the train line.                                         1 Hour parking spots across the train line - turn right.  (Railway Parade)
